If you are unable to use 2FA because you cannot access your phone/SMS or email address, please use our 24/7 online customer support.
Step 1: Contact BiKi 24/7 online customer support by clicking ‘BiKi Service’ at the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
Step 2: Select the first option out of the list of problems. It means account-related problems.
Step 3: A real customer service staff will reply to you, and you can type your problem. For example, ‘I cannot use 2FA because I lost my phone’
Step 4: The customer service staff will provide you steps to solve your problem. You might need to provide information such as your email address and BiKi UID. Do not reveal sensitive information such as passwords to any BiKi staff!!
