1. Lost GA
You will need to reset your GA and please email to us: support@biki.com and provide the following information:
- BiKi UID
- ID number of the KYC document that you have previously submitted to us
- Front and Back of your ID
- A selfie with you holding ID and handwritten note (Refer Step 5 of How to complete your KYC)
- A short video (the video requires the you to hold your ID and explain the loss of the GA and dictate that this video is performed by yourself)
2. Lost mobile
If you have lost your mobile number and wish to modify your mobile number, please email us: support@biki.com with the following information:
- BiKi UID
- ID number of the KYC document that you have previously submitted to us
- Original mobile number
- New mobile number (must not be the same as the current registered mobile number), KYC information (front and back of ID, and the photo with hand-held ID and handwritten note)
- Take a short video (the video requires the you to hold your ID and explain the reason for replacing your mobile number and dictate that this video is performed by yourself)
3. Lost email address
If you have lost your email address and wish to modify your email address, please email us: support@biki.com with the following information:
- BiKi UID
- ID number of the KYC document that you have previously submitted to us
- Original email address
- New email address (must not be the same as the current registered email that you have lost), KYC information (front and back of ID, and the photo with hand-held ID and handwritten note)
- Take a short video (the video requires the you to hold your ID and explain the reason for replacing your email address and dictate that this video is performed by yourself)
NOTE: Our team will respond within 3 working days and please ensure all information submitted must be valid and accurate otherwise it will delay the process.
