Next, a blue chat will pop up, as shown below, which will allow you to begin chatting with our friendly customer service staff.

2. SELECT QUESTION TYPE
Then, select the type of question you are asking by clicking on the button as shown below 👇


Select the appropriate question type as shown above. The corresponding translations are as follows:
- KYC issues
- Deposit and withdrawal issues
- Trading issues
- Fiat issues
- Queries regarding announcements or campaigns
- Feedback and others
To ask a question, the user must provide their UID or relevant information such as your wallet address to our staff. Please do not reveal sensitive information such as your PIN, even to our staff.
For questions regarding deposit or withdrawal, the user must provide a UID, Transaction Hash or a screenshot so that our customer service staff can better help you.
